Hello.

I'm so glad you're here.

Eunoia (you-noy-ah) is a Greek word meaning beautiful thinking or a well mind.

I loved the word long before I had a practice to name. Not because I think therapy is about learning to think beautifully or getting your mind to some perfect place, but because of what the word came to mean to me. People are complicated. We can know something and still struggle to do it. We can react in ways we don’t completely understand, repeat patterns we swore we wouldn’t repeat, or have feelings that seem wildly out of proportion until we understand where they came from. That’s the stuff I find interesting. Eunoia became a place for looking a little closer. Not automatically assuming the first explanation is the whole explanation. Asking why something keeps happening, what might be underneath it, and whether it makes a little more sense once we know the rest of the story. That’s The Eunoia Practice. I’m glad you found it. ♡
